• Rhinos take more than three days to digest a meal.

• They have poor eyesight, and instead must rely on their keen sense of smell.

• Rhino horns are made of keratin, just like human fingernails.

• Tough-skinned rhinos sunburn easily, so they like to loaf around in mud.

Where do they live?
Rhinos live in the forests of Asia and the savannahs, or grassland with scattered trees, of Africa.

Why are they endangered?
