Meet the Actors
Most of the faces are familiar—Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, and Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy. But there will be some newcomers to the gang at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, such as Bonnie Wright as Ron's little sister, Ginny Weasley. What's New with J.K. Rowling?

Author J.K. Rowling has been a very busy woman over the last year. Last Christmas, Rowling married Dr. Neil Murray at her home in Perthshire, England. The couple is expecting their first child early next year.

In the meantime, she's been busy working with the cast and crew on the second Harry Potter film, The Chamber of Secrets, which opens nationwide on November 15.

And what about that fifth book? Rowling says it is nearly completed, and is tentatively titled Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. No release date has been announced yet.

Rowling says that she has the plots for books six and seven in the works, and that she has already written the final chapter of book seven. We can't give away too many secrets, but Rowling promises some major plot developments in the remaining books, and hints that a main character may face an untimely death.
