John Dixon is interested in politics because he wants to protect his rights. He's looking forward to voting. He also wants to someday report on the news, so being a Scholastic Student Reporter was a good start.
"I have an interest in interviewing and writing about important people," he said.
John thinks the most important issue facing the nation is national security. If he were President, he would upgrade national security.
