Members of the Scholastic Kids Press Corps cover news stories around the nation for Scholastic News Online and Scholastic's classroom magazines. More than 50 press corps members will be chosen for the 2006-2007 school year.

The program is open to all students who read Scholastic News Grades 4-6, Junior Scholastic, and other classroom magazines. Kid Reporters are chosen based on the quality of submitted writing samples and enthusiasm for the job.

The new Scholastic Kids Press Corps members will be announced online in early November.
