1.Click on "Vote Now"
A. What is the current issue being debated?
B. How did you vote? Click on "Results So Far" to see how other people voted. Do most agree with your opinion?
C. Click on "Kids' Comments." Do you agree/disagree with the
opinions expressed? Why? Why not?

2. Click on "Games and Quizzes"
A. What is the photograph this week in "Write the Caption"? What do you think is going on in this picture?
B. Click on "News IQ." What is the fifth question of the week? What is your answer? Is it correct? Do you recognize the news stories these questions are about?

3. Click on "Mapman"
A. What is the definition of a cartographer?
B. Who is the "Mapman"?
C. On the Mapman page, click on "More about Geography's 'Global Trek.'"
D. Click on the country of Argentina. Go to "Meet the People" and click on "Kids Q&A." What does "Argentina" mean? How many days of school do kids in Argentina attend?

4. Click on "Hangman"
A. Choose either Sports, News, or Entertainment.
B. Did you guess the first word? What was it? What is the definition?

5. Go to "Movies, TV, Music."
A. Who is in the Star Spotlight this week?
B. Who would you like to see featured in Star Spotlight?
C. Read the Q&A. What did you learn about this star that surprised you?

6. Click on "NEWS."
A. What is the Top Story about?
B. Write three facts learned.

7. Click on "Special Reports."
A. What are three news topics?
B. Which news topics are you most interested in?
C. Suggest two more Special Reports that Scholastic News Online could do?

8. Go to "Sports."
A Check out the Sports Calendar. List two events listed
