I am New York City
By Fontazia M.
age: 15
New York

I am New York City
Here is my brain of intelligence
my beautiful teeth
my huge skull filled with love.
My hands are like skinny trees
while my nose is as long as Pinochio's.
I am New York City.
My ears go green
so I lean to East River
and Hudson.
Not my feet but my feet of Yankee
and Shea Stadium
My heart beating like Broadway dancing,
not ballet but hip hop.
While my legs reach to New Jersey City,
I am New York City.
