A Spa Day
Ever since I’ve known Clarissa she has been my best friend. We met in preschool, and from then on we had become almost like sisters, sharing secrets, wearing matching bracelets, and having sleepovers. When I was in fourth grade, she and her family moved to North Carolina, but that still doesn’t stop us from visiting each other. One of the many things we like to do when we visit is have a homemade “Spa Day”. We make banana and peppermint face masks, paint our toes and fingernails, and French braid each others hair. Then we make fresh fruit smoothies and go swimming in her outdoor pool, since it’s usually very hot there in the summertime. After that, we do each others makeup and pick out a cute and fun outfit to go shopping at the unique little shops that are around her neighborhood. We do it every time we see each other, and it is always so much fun to spend time with my best friend.
