THE THREE LITTLE PENGUINS
Once upon a time there were three little penguins. They decided to leave their snowy iceberg. The first little penguin traveled a very far to find material for his house. Then he came across a rabbit. The rabbit was giving away moss. The penguin asked the rabbit ˘How much for the moss?÷ The rabbit said ˘It cost three penguin pellets.÷ The penguin gave the rabbit three penguin pellets, and got his moss for his house.
Then a polar bear came along, he was hungry. He smelled something, then he said ˘IĂm having penguin tonight!÷ After the first penguin built his house the polar bear came, and he said ˘Little penguin little penguin, shall we eat?÷ The penguin said ˘No polar bear, not by the feathers on my bitty big beak!÷ The polar bear said ˘Then IĂll thrash and IĂll smash youĂre house down!÷ The polar bear did as he said then he ate the penguin. The polar bear thought to himself ˘IĂm still hungry, I think IĂll eat some more.÷ The second little penguin was traveling a long way to find material for his house. He came across an artic fox, who happened to have twigs in his mouth, from eating a bird in a bird nest. The second penguin asked ˘What ya doing with those twigs?÷ The fox said ˘Nothing.÷ The second penguin asked ˘Can I take those off your paws?÷ The fox said ˘sure.÷ The second penguin got his twigs for his house. After the second penguin built his house the polar bear came. He said ˘Little penguin little penguin, shall we eat? The penguin said ˘You canĂt even come in to take a peek, I wonĂt let you in polar bear not by the feathers on my bitty big beak!÷ Once again the polar bear said ˘Then IĂll thrash and IĂll smash and Ill beat your house down!÷ He did as he said then he ate the second penguin. The polar thought ˘Ok, one more will do.÷ The third little penguin was traveling a long way to find materials for his house. He came across an Eskimo who was giving away ice blocks to make igloos. The third penguin asked ˘How much for the ice blocks?÷ The Eskimo didnĂt know what the penguin was saying, neither did the penguin know what the Eskimo was saying, so the stole the ice blocks. After the third penguin got the ice blocks he built his house. Then the polar bear came, and again he said ˘Little penguin little penguin, shall we eat?÷ The penguin said ˘Just try to come in polar bear, you canĂt eat, my house is made of ice blocks, itĂs totally sweet, you canĂt come in, not by the feathers on my bitty big beak!÷ The polar bear said ˘Then IĂll thrash and IĂll smash and IĂll beat your house down!÷ The polar bear tried and tried, but he couldnĂt do as he said. Then he said ˘Then IĂll wait till your house melts, my tasty treat!÷ The polar bear waited and waited, until he got frozen stiff into an ice block. The penguin laughed, then he saw the Eskimo. The Eskimo was mad and wanted his ice blocks back. So the penguin traded the polar bear for the ice blocks.
