Once upon a time far away, over in the south of Chile there was a woman called Juanita. She was about to get married. She was really mean, ignorant and never believed that awesome things could happen in this world. One year after she got married, her husband, Osvaldo, who always believed he could fly, asked her,
ôDo you think somebody can fly?ö
She answered, ôyes, and I know how to!ö
Osvaldo said ôtell me how toö and she said ôyou have to work 4 years for me without earning one cent.ö
So he worked the 4 years for her really hard and after the 4 years he said, ôNow what?ö, and the woman without knowing what to say, said ôgo to top of that tree (pointing at the tree) and open your hands and let your body fall down and youÆll be flying before you even know it.ö
She said that knowing that he was going to die. He went to the top of the tree. He opened his hands. He let himself fall and soared like an eagle through the clouds. Juanita couldnÆt believe that he was flying. She thought he was going to die but he didnÆt. She was so happy that her husband was successful in what he wanted to do and she was even happier that she didnÆt lose Osvaldo.
And this story teaches us that all the people can do what they want if they work hard and they have faith that it can happen.
