Stressed? Five Tips For You

If you are a person who gets stressed alot here is some good tips.....

-loosen up! tommorrow is another day. You can put some things off till then.
Right now you need time to loosen up.Go for a walk. See a movie. And most of all have fun doing it!

-Ask for help! Kid or adult you might need help every once and a while. It's o.k. to ask for help and it won't make you look dumb! Sometimes you get handed more responsibility than you can handle. So ask for help!

-Have fun! Ya you need to work on a lot of things, but an all work and no play kind of life makes you a boring person.So stop making your life drab and make it totally fab by having fun!

-slow down! Take your sweet time on things. It's not like it'll be gone tommorow. Wheather it's work or play take you time and I'll bet your bottom apple that every thing will run smoothly.

-Be considerate! just because your in a bad mood doesn't mean you have to ruin other people's days. If you don't want to talk to that person just say ''Sorry I'm having a bad day and I don't feel like talking right now'' And if your rude that person's feelings might get hurt so be considerate!
