Too Cold for Cold Weather

In the warmer states, Florida, for example, it has been a lot colder than normal. Getting as low as 40 degrees in the lowest part of Florida, and four feet of snow in Maryland, people are wondering what is going on. In the past weekend Alabama and Oklahoma, and possibly more states, were covered in black ice, snow and rain. Up in the mountains of Alabama, they got a light covering of snow. With icicles everywhere, you don't have to be too smart to figure out it is safest to stay inside, and avoid travel. Here is what some kids think about the weather:
