Reconizing the cost of the Iraq war is even more crucial now that the economy is facing with a rssesion. The goverment has spent $70 billion already allocated for 2008. But the economic concequences of Iraq run even deeper than the squandered oppertunities for vital public investments. Spending on Iraq is also a job killer. This ressesion most likely unavoidable its length will depend on the effectivness of our government's stimulus initiatives. This a total disaster.
