ANOTHER load down, how many to go? A toe or foot could be broken. In the older days the dogs were used to pull wood, coal, tools, anything. Dogs were also used to pull things for ather people that needed help pulling things. The approximately 35 pounds all day. In the army they also used the dog for protection and they even made them stand a certain way. In the army. So that's the life of a working dog.
