Children from the ages 6-14 are not eating as healthy as people did along time ago. Kids are eating more junk food like candy bars than apples or oranges.Parents can help prevent this unhealthy diet by feeding their kids healthy snacks. If people ate junk food all the time then we would just keep getting fatter and fatter and alot of people do not want to be fat.Help kids chose healthier food choices and not bad ones.
