Sports are an important part of your life!! You should at least be in one sport a year. If you are not, you need to talk to someone about getting or starting a sport. The one thing thats's really good about sports is that it keeps you in shape. Well at least it should and if it doesn't then you are not pushing your self hard enough, but you also don't want to push yourself to much or you could seriously injure yourself. So stay active in sports!
