Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may request a full credit or refund.

To return an item simply fill out the “Problem with this Order?” section on the back of your packing list and mail to:

If you do not have the packing list write a note that includes:

  • Teacher name
  • Customer number
  • School name and address
  • Whether you wish to exchange the item, or receive a credit or a refund.

If parents are returning an item, they should attach a note that includes the teacher name, school name and complete mailing address.

Returns take approximately 4–6 weeks to process.
